Mia specialises in structured strategy, capital partnerships and delivering large-scale initiatives from origination through to execution.

HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT
Tiffany brings extensive experience across real estate and residential construction and serves as an advisor to MetroCap.
She holds a degree in Interior Architecture and has spent the past 18 years in the home building industry as a consultant, including 10 years with Rossdale Homes as a luxury home and architectural consultant, contributing to the company’s growth and high design standards.
Tiffany also has experience delivering housing developments and land subdivisions, providing practical insight into design, feasibility and project execution.
DINUK VITHANAGE
HEAD OF LENDING
Dinuk brings two decades of experience in the banking and finance sector, underpinned by a Bachelor of Commerce. His career includes five years with Commonwealth Bank in lending management and a further tenure at Fleet Partners specialising in vehicle finance and leasing. He has extensive expertise in loan structuring, complex financing and coordination across multiple stakeholders. At Australian Commercial Mortgage Fund, Dinuk oversees all construction lending activities, ensuring each facility is rigorously assessed, appropriately structured and managed throughout the full project lifecycle.
